Sonmat (손맛)

Directly translates to "hand taste" in Korean. We use it to describe a chef's je ne sais quoi, their unique intuition and flavour.

It's why mom's kimchi just hits different, dad's grilled cheese will always be superior, and why no one will beat grandma's cookies.

None of this would exist without the people who believed in me before I believed in myself. Thank you for supporting me then, and thank you for being here now.

I love you from the bottom of my heart ♡
